1. Product Information

We try our best to display product images, descriptions, prices and details as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color, size, texture or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen brightness, photography or product material.

2. Pricing

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees ₹. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The final price shown at checkout will be considered the confirmed order price.

3. Orders

Once you place an order, you are responsible for providing correct details including name, phone number, shipping address and email address. PURRVANA will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Payment

Orders must be paid through the available payment methods on our website. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details. Payment security is handled by the payment gateway provider.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time is usually 4–5 working days, depending on location and courier availability. Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes, public holidays or other unavoidable situations.

6. No Return & No Refund Policy

Our products are sold under a No Return & No Refund Policy. Once the order is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Replacement or refund will only be considered if the customer receives a damaged product, wrong product or missing item. For such claims, the customer must share a clear unboxing video and product photos within 24 hours of delivery.

Without an unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.

7. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using the product properly. PURRVANA will not be responsible for damage caused by rough use, washing, mishandling, pulling, cutting, burning, pet damage, stains or any other customer-side damage.

8. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

9. User Responsibility

By using our website, you agree not to misuse the website, place fake orders, provide false information or attempt any fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including product images, logo, text, graphics and design belong to PURRVANA or are used for business purposes. Copying, reusing or distributing our content without permission is not allowed.

11. Limitation of Liability

PURRVANA will not be responsible for indirect losses, delays, courier issues or damages beyond the product purchase value. Our responsibility is limited only to the order placed on our website.
